I was planning on staying around home and covering the AA RMFL championship game at Logan High School this weekend, but now people are offering money to get me to Cottonwood and the AAA Championship game. Now I am not sure what to do. I have had people on both sides wanting to buy photographs, but now I am having people offer to donate to my site to offset gas money etc. There really are three main issues in this decision. One of the issues is location. Obviously Logan High School is much closer, only 5 minutes from my home. That is a big selling point for attending the game there. I can be there quick and be home quick. Great benefit. The other two issues are big as well. |

Logan, UT -- The Rocky Mountain Football League (RMFL) is well aware of the caliber of football played at the semi-pro level in Cache Valley. The reigning AAA Champions, the Cache Valley Bears, are from here and have been a force to be reckoned with in the past few years since they began playing in the RMFL. This year was a struggle for the Bears and, although they did make it to the playoffs, they exited the playoffs with only one game after a spirited battle owing primarily to having a skeleton crew. The AAA division will have a new champion from outside of Cache Valley, but the RMFL has a new Cache Valley team to watch in the championships this year – the Logan Stampede.
